At ENGINEERINGUK, we are seeking a talented Programme Manager to join our EMEA Security & Loss Prevention team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in project management to drive projects and programs that standardize and optimize security processes across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and driving projects and programs supporting organisational development and change management, with a strong emphasis on standardising and optimising processes. They will also support projects and programs related to people management, professional and organisational development, continuous improvement, change management, restructuring, standardising, and optimisation.

Requirements
  • A project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, APM, Scrum)
  • Relevant experience delivering projects at local or national scale
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.

About the Team

Our Security and Loss Prevention team is responsible for securing the Amazon supply chain end-to-end and promoting security during business conversations. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
