IT Senior Network Operations Specialist

Sjrollins is seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to manage and maintain its enterprise Windows infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of client systems, including management, configuration, and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintaining a Windows environment and a strong understanding of customer service and technical support principles. They should be able to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain enterprise Windows networks, including servers, desktops, and mobile devices
- Collaborate with other system administrators and engineers to design and implement new systems and technologies
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and improve overall efficiency
- Provide expert-level technical support to internal customers, resolving issues quickly and efficiently
