Job Summary

This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled Community Engagement Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will play a pivotal role in recruiting learners onto adult education and employability programmes, fostering relationships with referral agencies, and promoting the benefits of these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral agencies, stakeholders, and the local community to enhance programme recruitment.
  • Effectively communicate the advantages of employability training and adult education programmes, encouraging learners to enroll.
  • Interview and register learners, addressing employment barriers through tailored support.
  • Manage documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with set standards.
  • Maintain databases for learners and stakeholders, engaging in professional networking and relationship-building.
Requirements

We seek a highly motivated and organised individual with experience in learner / candidate attraction, excellent communication skills, and an engaging personality. A full, clean, UK driving licence is essential for regular travel across the designated areas.
