Health Equity and Engagement Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the position of Health Equity and Engagement Manager at Connect2Luton. In this role, you will lead initiatives aimed at addressing health disparities and enhancing cancer services in Luton.

The successful candidate will have the ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and develop evidence-based recommendations to improve health equity and engagement. They will also be responsible for presenting findings to a diverse range of stakeholders, including community groups, healthcare professionals, and policymakers.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve health equity and engagement.
  5. Hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.
