Community Insights Development Lead

Connect2Luton is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Community Insights Development Lead. This role involves working with stakeholders to gather community insights and develop strategies to improve cancer services and reduce health inequalities in Luton.

The successful candidate will have the ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and develop evidence-based recommendations to improve community insights and engagement. They will also be responsible for presenting findings to a diverse range of stakeholders, including community groups, healthcare professionals, and policymakers.

Requirements:

  4. Experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve community insights and engagement.
  5. Hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
