Clinical Nurse Specialist in Community Paediatrics

About the RoleWe are seeking three qualified nurses to join our team as Clinical Nurse Specialists in our community paediatric service. This role involves assessing and supporting children/young people with neurodevelopment disorders, including prescribing and monitoring the effect of medication for the treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Main Responsibilities- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to contribute to the assessment, diagnosis, and support of children with neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Contribute to the redesign and development of services and pathways delivered from the Child Development Centre to meet the needs of the children.
- Registered Nurse/ Learning Disability (RNLD), Mental Health (RNMH) Children's Nurse (RNC)
- Independent Non-Medical Prescriber qualification (V300) or willingness and commitment to undertake training
