About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to our retail, head office, and warehouse personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and quality support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Act as the first point of contact for retail support, including EPOS, Back Office, and associated infrastructure.
  • Build strong relationships with end-users and IT team members to ensure seamless support.
  • Escalate complex issues to the IT Service Desk Manager and other IT team members as needed.
  • Support the team in scheduling, provisioning, and undertaking new EPOS/Back Office installations.
  • Document and maintain settings and configurations for hardware and software.
  • Ensure compliance with company and IT policies, including software license management, PCI compliance, and asset management.
Requirements
  • Previous IT support experience or an IT-related degree.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport easily.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnostic, or IT support skills.
  • Windows Server administration skills.
  • UK Driver's license.
