Domestic Abuse Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Domestic Abuse Specialist Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our qualified staff in delivering exceptional care to our users.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with users to manage their needs on a caseload basis, providing emotional support and guidance to achieve a positive outcome.
- Liaise with other agencies to help individuals referred to our service who require support and guidance.
- Lead a team of IDVA's, manage referrals, and serve as the link person between management and IDVA's.
- Complete administrative duties, conduct outreach in the community, and work with other charities.
- Previous experience working with victims of domestic abuse or suitable transferable skills.
- Good knowledge of legislation and policies related to domestic abuse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
