About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our IDVA team, providing support and guidance to victims of domestic abuse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload, working closely with service users, and collaborating with other agencies to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of service users, providing emotional support and guidance to achieve a positive outcome.
  • Work closely with other agencies to ensure seamless referrals and support.
  • Lead a team of IDVAs, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Manage referrals, ensuring timely and effective support to service users.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with victims of domestic abuse or suitable transferable skills.
  • Good knowledge of legislation and domestic abuse support strategies.
  • Desirable: experience leading a team within a domestic abuse service and IDVA qualification.
