About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Domestic Abuse Specialist Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our qualified staff and service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with service users to manage their needs and provide emotional support and guidance.
  • Liaise with other agencies to ensure seamless referrals and support.
  • Lead a team of IDVA's and manage referrals, ensuring effective communication with management and staff.
  • Complete administrative tasks, attend community meetings, and work with other charities to achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with victims of domestic abuse or suitable transferable skills.
  • Good knowledge of legislation and domestic abuse support strategies.
  • Desirable: experience leading a team within a domestic abuse service and IDVA qualification.
