Job Title: Lead Support Worker

Community Lives Consortium is a Registered Charity and Domiciliary Care Agency that provides support for people with a learning or physical disability to live the life they choose in their own home within the communities of Swansea, Neath & Port Talbot.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Support Worker to join our team. As a Lead Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to people with a learning or physical disability to live the life they choose in accordance with their personal support plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide confident, high-quality support to tenants with complex support needs
  • Coach other support staff as required to effectively deliver complex packages
  • Maintain experience of supporting tenants with complex support needs caused by a wide range of factors
  • Undertake additional training to maintain high-quality care in complex situations

Requirements:
  • Hold a full current driving licence which allows you to legally drive in the UK
  • Have Business Class 1 vehicle insurance
  • Be able to work a variety of shifts on a rota basis, including days, evenings, weekends, wakeful nights, public holidays, and sleep-in duties
