About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging position as a Telesales Executive with Reakt Recruitment Ltd, based in South Wales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales, sales development, or a related field, with excellent communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth by generating leads and setting appointments for senior sales executives. They will promote and sell a range of office solutions, including office printers, managed print services, digital printing presses, franking machines, audiovisual equipment, and IT networking solutions.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance within the company, with a clear progression path toward field sales roles for high performers.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.
  • Candidate Management: Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and present our value proposition.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.

Desirable Skills:
  • Prior experience in telesales, sales development, or a similar client-focused role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to develop a career in technology sales.
  • Daily commutable distance to the office

Compensation:
  • Competitive base salary of up to £27,000 per annum.
  • An uncapped commission structure equating to an additional £10,000 per annum.
