We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Parts Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives and deliver results.
About TPSTPS is a national network of parts centres that supply independent garages and bodyshops with genuine Volkswagen Group parts and products. With over 1,500 employees, we offer a motivating and inclusive work environment with opportunities for learning and development.
Launched in 2006 as a new brand concept, TPS has experienced rapid growth both financially and in the number of centres opened nationwide.
Your RoleAs a Parts Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving personal KPIs and revenue targets with key customers
- Accurately identifying parts to meet customer sales requirements
- Utilising product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets
- Identifying and leveraging potential sales opportunities within customer bases
In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets, and staying up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions.
Key RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, offering a competitive package for the right candidate.
This role is based nationwide across the UK, providing a flexible working arrangement for those who wish to relocate.
