Job Title: Plumbing and Heating Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing and Heating Manager to join our team at Cooper Golding Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our plumbing and heating department and driving sales growth through effective customer relationships and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Service: Ensure customers receive exceptional service and satisfaction, providing product advice and support to customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product technology and regulations, identifying training needs and ensuring compliance.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring effective communication, role coverage, and a supportive work environment.
  • Health and Safety: Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of all employees and customers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a deputy management position or similar level of responsibility in the plumbing and heating industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record in sales, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications and experience in the plumbing and heating industry.
