We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Plumbing and Heating Manager to join our team at Cooper Golding Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our plumbing and heating department and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Ensure customers receive excellent service and satisfaction, provide product advice and support, and drive sales through quotation follow-ups and promotional selling.
- Health and Safety: Comply with health and safety regulations, report incidents, and enforce the use of protective equipment and safe handling practices.
- General: Attend supplier training, be flexible with overtime requests, and support rotational and period stocktaking.
- Relevant experience of 2 years minimum in a deputy management position or similar level of responsibility.
- Extensive experience in the plumbing and heating industry, with a deep understanding of products, services, and market trends.
- Proven track record in sales, with a proactive approach to winning and growing new business.
- Strong background in customer relationship management, developing true partnership approaches, and providing excellent product advice.
- Salary of up to £36k DOE.
- Company Perks, a national scheme for retailer discounts.
- Length of service, Increased entitlement of 1 day after 10 years and a further day for every 5 years.
