About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Heating Sales Manager to join our team at Simon Acres Recruitment. The successful candidate will play a key role in the sale of our full range of plumbing and heating products, taking a proactive approach to drive this part of the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow the plumbing and heating customer base
  • Generate new business within branch, over the phone, and through occasional visits
  • Provide quotations for customers
  • Follow up sales enquiries and quotes
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Purchase materials and manage stock levels for the category
  • Deal with customers face-to-face and over the telephone
  • Provide excellent customer service and sound product advice
  • Continually develop personal skills and update product knowledge
  • Take a proactive approach to plumbing and heating sales, using every opportunity to make and/or increase a sale

Candidate Requirements:

Sound plumbing and heating product knowledge is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and be able to provide expert advice to customers.
