Job Title: Plumbing and Heating Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as a Plumbing and Heating Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our plumbing and heating department and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, offer product advice, and drive sales through quotation follow-ups, promotional selling, and telephone marketing.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, report incidents, and enforce the use of protective equipment and safe handling practices.
  • General: Attend supplier training, assist with branch security, and undertake other duties as requested to aid efficient trading.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience of 2 years minimum in a deputy management position or similar level of responsibility.
  • Extensive experience in the plumbing and heating industry, with a deep understanding of products, services, and market trends.
  • Proven track record in sales, with a proactive approach to winning and growing new business.
  • Strong background in customer relationship management, developing true partnership approaches, and providing excellent product advice.
