Commercial Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Commercial Business Development Executive to join our team at MaxAd Recruitment Ltd. As a Commercial Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
- Identify new business opportunities and develop leads through networking and prospecting
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A competitive base salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
- A performance-based bonus scheme, providing opportunities for additional earnings
