We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team at Nicholas Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

- Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with customer needs.
What We Offer:
- An attractive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
- 20 days' annual leave + Bank Holidays.
- Pension scheme (5% employee / 3% employer).
