About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Independent Child and Family Practitioner to join our team of Independent Social Workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct assessments, provide expert advice, and support families in need.
  • To work independently, using flexible working arrangements to meet client needs.
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a registered social worker in the UK.
  • A relevant Social Work Qualification and registration with Social Care Wales.
  • Residency in South Wales or West Wales.
  • An enhanced DBS and professional indemnity insurance.
  • 3 years of referencing and a driving license with valid car insurance.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, paid per assessment.
