Become an Independent Social Worker with Hoop Social Work

As an Independent Social Worker with Hoop Social Work, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients and families in South and West Wales. This role requires experienced professionals to conduct Parenting Assessments, CUBAS Assessments, and Connected Persons Assessments in clients' locations.

About the Role:

This is a flexible remote work opportunity that requires dedication and expertise in assessments. As an Independent Social Worker, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, maintaining accurate records, and reporting findings to our clients.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience of working in the UK as a registered social worker.
  • A relevant Social Work Qualification.
  • Registration with Social Care Wales.
  • Reside in South Wales/West Wales.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS, registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS.
  • 3 Years of referencing.
  • Driving license with access to a car and valid car insurance.
  • Professional indemnity insurance.

Payment Options:

We offer payment options through your own limited company (paid outside of IR35), an umbrella company, or PAYE. While we maintain a pool of Independent Social Workers (ISWs), we cannot guarantee consistent work. The selection of ISWs for specific assignments is ultimately determined by our end clients.
