Social Care Practitioner - Family Support

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled social care practitioner to provide family support services to looked-after children and young people.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with children, families, and multi-agency teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, ensuring the physical, emotional, and educational needs of children and young people are met.

  • A Social Work qualification and full registration with Social Work England.

Salary:

£50,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience

Contract Type:

6 month rolling contract with potential extension
