Parker Smith Inclusion is currently working with a SEMH Specialist Secondary School in London, seeking a strong and resilient Teaching Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a Secondary school as a SEN Teaching assistant or Teaching Assistant, with a specialisation in Autism, ADHD or other SEND. The role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to the life of a pupil with SEMH needs. Key responsibilities include supporting Secondary aged students with Special Educational Needs, working in a dynamic team environment and developing skills in a challenging and highly rewarding role. The successful candidate will have a friendly and positive personality, with a strong drive to help and support children with additional needs.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience working within a Secondary school as a SEN Teaching assistant or Teaching Assistant
  • Previous experience with Autism, ADHD or other SEND
  • Previous experience supporting Secondary aged students with Special Educational Needs
  • A friendly and positive person with a resilient personality
