Job Summary: We're seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Homecare Support Professional, you'll provide personalized support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
* Support clients with medication and daily living activities
* Help with practical tasks such as shopping and household chores
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
Requirements:
* Compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic understanding of health and safety procedures
* Enhanced DBS check required
