Job Description

Citi Commercial Bank UK is seeking a skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Consumer and Retail client coverage team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as deepening relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the credit relationship of clients, coordinating and supervising the entire process to ensure the proper application of policies and institutional processes.
  • Strategically engage and manage relationships with clients' C-suite teams, maximizing the 'One Citi' client experience by leveraging and sharing market-leading insights, global network, and solutions.
  • Deliver value to clients by understanding their problems and identifying solutions that address their holistic treasury and strategic agenda.
  • Collaborate with various product teams, Underwriting/Risk teams, and junior bankers to develop opportunities.
  • Develop and build strong relationships with key business introducers, debt advisors, corporate finance, legal, audit, industry associations, and other key industry influencers.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in credit/risk management, banking, and relationship management.
  • Graduate/Master's degree (desirable).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and CRM applications.
  • Understanding of lending process and implementation/on-boarding process advantageous.
