About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Freight Industry Specialist to join our team at Amazon Freight. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements, as well as managing programs across cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for analyzing market data to identify trends and opportunities, utilizing an extensive network of relationships with the relevant industry to gather market intelligence, and executing on business development opportunities.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for communicating ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all types of audiences and not limited to writing narratives, business cases, and other strategic documentation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
  • Experience in a professional field or military
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
  • Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements
