NHS Professionals is seeking a skilled Facilities and Purchasing Administrator to join our team based in Hemel Hempstead.

Job Summary

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders by efficiently managing various administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing assistance to colleagues as required
  • Dealing with invoice queries and raising purchase orders
  • Administering risk assessments for office hubs and teams
  • Becoming part of our new Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee

We offer a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of office and remote work days. The position also comes with a generous annual leave allowance of 27 days per year, plus bank holidays, and a pension scheme contribution of up to 10%.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Good IT literacy, including MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience working in a service desk environment (desirable but not essential)
  • Preparedness to travel within the UK

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
