About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Corporate Engagement Manager to lead our internal communications efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about creating engaging content and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal communication plans to promote employee engagement and foster a positive company culture.
- Support the Executive Team in communicating with the business to deliver our community agenda.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and make recommendations for improvement.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and life assurance.
