Credit Control Administrator
A Credit Control Administrator is required for an established and successful manufacturing company based in West Central Edinburgh. This role offers a unique opportunity to begin a new challenge, working alongside an experienced finance team in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UK collection principles and regulations, as well as previous experience in credit control within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Proficiency with tools such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Epicor) is also essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships, providing excellent service and resolving queries.
  • Policy Implementation: Uphold and enforce policies to reduce credit risk and ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements:
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess financial data and make sound decisions.
  • Financial Software Skills: Proficiency with tools such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Epicor).

Working Hours:
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, totalling 36.5 hours per week.
