Candidate Source Ltd is an advertising agency seeking a talented Credit Control Administrator to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, stable and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and address delays or discrepancies efficiently.
- Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers to manage risks.
- Set and review customer credit limits based on risk assessments and payment history.

ild and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and resolving queries. - Uphold and enforce policies to reduce credit risk and ensure adherence to best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of UK collection principles and regulations.
- Previous experience in credit control within a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous.
- Proficiency with financial software tools such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Epicor).
- Ability to assess financial data and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for fostering positive customer relationships and dispute resolution.
