Project Controls Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our team in Edinburgh. As a Project Controls Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including energy, renewables, defence, rail, and utilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collating progress data from multiple teams to update project/programme schedule in Primavera P6
- Collating cost data from multiple teams to support budget requests & update cost report
- Preparing monthly reports measuring progress against baseline
- Supporting the Project Controls Manager on governance & assurance of Project Controls processes
As a Project Controls Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients to deliver best practice Controls, Planning, Analytics, and Reporting, Risk, Change, Resource and Performance Management Solutions.
We are looking for a qualified graduate in a relevant discipline with some experience in a project control environment. You should have experience of working in a project or programme management environment, with responsibility for delivery or controls of individual projects, programmes or portfolios.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Strong time management skills, quick thinking, and ability to meet project deadlines as necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Controls concepts
