As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be the stable presence that our team looks to, with a calm demeanor and a genuine passion for providing guests with exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of front office receptionists who will look after all arriving and departing guests
- Supervise the daily operation, setting the team up for success and providing hands-on support while working alongside them
- As a junior member of the leadership team, you will be a guardian of outstanding hospitality and knowledge within your team, modeling behaviors and providing coaching, feedback, and training where needed
- Salary of up to \u00a333,925 per year, including service charge
