BAE Systems is looking for a talented Lead Analytics Professional to join its Shared Services Data & Analytics Hub in Preston or Frimley.

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience and skills

The ideal candidate will possess good experience of planning and leading delivery of Data Analytics projects across the development lifecycle.

You will also have experience of leading a team including tasking, performance management, development, and managing delivery.

An advanced knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx toolsets, or other similar analytics toolsets, would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will have an analytical mindset, as well as an inquisitive, methodical approach.

A degree in a numerate subject, or equivalent experience, is required.

Additionally, experience of working in an Agile Scrum team would be advantageous.
