Data Analytics Lead

At BAE Systems, we're looking for a skilled Data Analytics Lead to join our Shared Services Data & Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Analysts to deliver data analysis and visualization projects to time, quality, and cost. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and experience in managing teams to drive business success.

About the Role:
  1. Lead a team of 5-8 Analysts to deliver data analysis and visualization projects.
  2. Ensure that the work of your team is conducted according to our project and technical processes.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues from across the wider D&A team to ensure effective end-to-end delivery.

Your Skills and Experience:

Essential:
  1. Experience of planning and leading delivery of Data Analytics projects.
  2. Good knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx toolsets (or similar analytics toolsets).
  3. An analytical mindset and degree in a numerate subject.
  4. Experience of working in an Agile Scrum team.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £56,000 depending on experience and skills, as well as a range of flexible benefits including health and wellbeing schemes, shopping discounts, and an annual incentive. We value diversity and promote inclusivity within our team.
