Defence Engineering Programme Lead Job Opportunity

Copello Global is seeking an experienced Defence Engineering Programme Lead to drive innovation in combat systems engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading systems engineering activities for trials and integration using agile practices, as well as collaborating with experts across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Design and Development: Deploy, configure, and integrate combat systems software and architectures.
  • Trials and Testing: Run internal and customer-facing trials, assisting in system testing and design certification.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with experts across the business and represent the business in customer forums, including international trials.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Systems and/or Software Engineering.
  • Experience: Conducting trials and experiments in customer forums.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.

SC Clearance must be obtainable for this role. The estimated salary for this position is around £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
