Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Payroll & Benefits Officer (Hybrid) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, administering benefits, and providing insightful analytics to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the payroll process for approximately 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administer benefits, pension, and well-being content available to employees on the intranet.
- Produce payroll and reward analytics to inform business decisions.
- Support the Total Rewards Manager in developing the global compensation and benefits agenda.
- Assist the HR Director and HR Business Partners with producing HR metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in payroll and benefits.
- At least 2+ years of previous payroll experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Basic benefits/reward/HR experience is a plus.
- Base salary of £35,000 - £42,000.
- 10% bonus.
- Bupa private health insurance.
- Pension with 6% employer contribution.
- Free parking.
- Gym on-site.
- 37 hours per week.
- 25 days holiday + 8 days BH.
