Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with external payroll providers.
- Administering new starter and leaver processes, contractual changes, maternity and paternity leave, and benefits administration.
- Producing insightful payroll and HR analytics to inform business decisions.
- Supporting the Total Rewards Manager in developing the global compensation and benefits agenda.
- Staying up-to-date with market trends and best practices in payroll and benefits.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2+ years of previous payroll experience, preferably in-house payroll from a large business.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- SAP experience is a plus.
What We Offer
The Payroll and Benefits Officer role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000, plus:
- 10% bonus
