Job Title: Employee Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Specialist to join our team at Heat Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our corporate consultants and work closely with clients to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Acting as the point of contact with corporate clients via telephone and email
  • Liaising with 3rd parties such as product providers
  • Relationship building with corporate clients
  • Using internal CRM systems to update client information
  • Adhering to data protection and FCA regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Employee Benefits or Corporate Administration role
  • A keen interest in Workplace Employee Benefits
