Job Title: Family Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Family Intervention Specialist to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our Family Intervention Service, you will work closely with families and multi-agency colleagues to deliver targeted interventions and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement packages of support for children and families using a strengths-based approach.
  • Work in partnership with families and other agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
  • Utilize assessment and evaluation tools to identify and address areas of need within families.

Requirements:

  • GCSE or O' Level in Maths and English (grade 9-4) or equivalent.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Social Care, Early Years, Youth work or other relevant experience.
  • Significant experience of working with vulnerable children and their families.
