Family Intervention Specialist

Job Title: Family Intervention Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Family Intervention Specialist to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our Family Intervention Service, you will work closely with families and multi-agency colleagues to deliver targeted interventions and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement packages of support for children and families using a strengths-based approach.
- Work in partnership with families and other agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
- Utilize assessment and evaluation tools to identify and address areas of need within families.
Requirements:
- GCSE or O' Level in Maths and English (grade 9-4) or equivalent.
- NVQ Level 2 in Social Care, Early Years, Youth work or other relevant experience.
- Significant experience of working with vulnerable children and their families.
