About the Job: We are seeking a highly experienced Mental Health Nurse or Social Worker to lead our Crisis Intervention Team as a Band 6 Mental Health Crisis Response Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing urgent care and crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Responsibilities: As a Crisis Intervention Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of clinicians in providing urgent care and crisis intervention services. You will work closely with other disciplines and teams to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach that meets the clinical needs of service users.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have current registration with the relevant regulatory body (RNMH/Registered Social Worker), evidence of continuous professional development in mental health nursing/social work, and higher practice skills in mental health care across the age range. You must also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a team of clinicians.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is £52,891 - £73,732 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.

Working Arrangements: This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-8pm, with occasional flexible working arrangements. A UK driving license is also required.
