We are City Plumbing Supplies, a leading Electrical and Renewables business with a national reach. We're looking for a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Regional Account Growth Specialist.

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our existing customers in the Electrical sector, driving revenue growth and enhancing profitability across the UK. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies that align with our company goals.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales gained from within Merchant/Electrical/Wholesale sectors, with a proven track record of customer-focused sales and excellent industry-wide knowledge of Electrical products. If you're passionate about building strong relationships and driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum

About the Role
  • Drive Sales and Profitability: Lead the sales efforts and increase profitability in the Electrical sector within your region.
  • Leverage Market Intelligence: Use market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to find growth opportunities for new locations and products.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to grow the Electrical sector within the group.
  • Enhance Branch Engagement: Work with colleagues at all levels in targeted branches to improve awareness and engagement with the Electrical category.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Keep track of trends and innovations in the Electrical market.
  • Attend Solar Management Meetings: Participate in monthly Solar management meetings to report on progress and support the growth of the Electrical market.

As a Regional Account Growth Specialist, you'll be expected to travel extensively throughout the UK, meeting with customers and suppliers to drive business growth and build strong relationships.
