About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Joneshouse Recruitment Ltd. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of our residential childcare services.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care to children and young people with learning disabilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our services, including managing staff, maintaining records, and implementing policies and procedures.
