  • Ensure the home complies with The Children's Homes England Regulations 2015 and exceeds Quality Standards, adhering to all relevant legislation." + "
  • Assist in recruitment, induction, performance management, and the professional development of staff." + "
  • Provide leadership and guidance during shifts." + "
