Clothing Production Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clothing Production Specialist to join our Footwear and Accessories department at TFG London. This role will also involve managing our Swimwear product.
The successful candidate will work closely with the design and buying departments to ensure the quality and technical capabilities of our products from prototype to delivery. Our team assesses suppliers for social and ethical sustainability, monitoring compliance to our standards of make and delivery.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Updating and maintaining technical packs while keeping suppliers informed of our technical standards and procedures
- Conducting monthly store visits and competitor research on the department, ensuring commercial awareness of key trends and competitors in our space
- Assisting the Senior Technologist in risk assessments and wearer trials to ensure products meet standards and are fit for purpose
- Supporting the Technical team in driving TFG's sustainable strategy, maintaining certification paper trails and submitting them to Wholesale/Concession partners when required
About You
To succeed as a Clothing Production Specialist, you should have knowledge of garment construction and basic pattern cutting. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. Experience in footwear, accessories, or swimwear is advantageous but not necessary.
