Store Sales and Team Development Manager

As our Store Sales and Team Development Manager, you'll play a vital role in achieving this goal by assisting our manager in driving consistent improvement to store sales, KPIs, and other areas of measured success. Your key responsibilities will include recruiting, retaining, motivating, and developing the team to drive store success, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards, and creating a shopping experience that delights our customers every time. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for our products and brand
- Provide accurate information about our products to customers, including features, benefits, and stock availability
- Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
- Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the store
Essential:
- Customer service focused
- Good communication skills
- Experience in the retail industry
- Good IT skills
- Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand
