About the Role
At Crew Clothing Head Office, we're seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Merchandising function, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth through efficient stock management and effective planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Trading
• Review historical performance and determine future product strategy, working closely with the Product team.
• Present in commercial sign off and trade meetings to senior management.
• Provide regular performance reviews across all Business channels.
• Review Competitor activity with the Buyer to challenge future product strategy.

Commercial Awareness
• Undertake regular store visits to understand the customer's perspective and provide feedback to the team.
• Produce business reports after each visit and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Develop an excellent working knowledge of all Merchandising systems, including WSSI tool and category planning.

Merchandising Systems
• Identify and propose improved working practices and updates to systems.
• Action detailed integrity checks to ensure the efficient running of the department.

Management and Development
• Take responsibility for own personal development and foster good working relationships across the Business.
• Continually review processes and controls, initiating improvements in best practice as necessary.
• Assist in the development and training of the merchandising team.

Requirements:
• Strong Excel skills, ideally advanced level.
• Highly numerate and able to manage a heavy workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a small team.
• Experience in a head office Merchandising environment and people management.
