About the Role

As a Supported Living Worker at Home Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to live their best lives. You will be working with a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and support to our customers, helping them to develop their independence and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with daily living tasks to develop their independence and achieve their goals.
  • Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, and maintaining their tenancy.
  • Supporting customers with their personal care and medication needs.
  • Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, and regular reviews.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our customers.

Requirements

  • A Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate or willingness to work towards it.
  • Experience of caring for others, either in a professional or personal capacity.
  • Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including sleep shifts, waking nights, day shifts, and evening shifts.
