About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Worker to join our team at Albion House. As a Bank Supported Living Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with daily living tasks, such as making meals, shopping, and budgeting.
- Support customers with their personal care and medication needs.
- Carry out risk assessments, support planning, and regular reviews.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements
- A Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate or willingness to work towards it.
- Experience of caring for others, either in a professional or personal capacity.
- Ability to work on own initiative, remaining calm under pressure.
- Flexible approach, with a focus on meeting individual customer needs.
