We are seeking Care Support Workers to join our team at Equals One Ltd, providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in Bridlington, Driffield, Hornsea, and Beverley areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Supporting individuals with their medication and healthcare needs
  • Encouraging independence and promoting a safe and healthy environment

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rates: £12.00 to £18.75*
  • Paid mileage of 20p per mile between calls
  • Access to a Blue Light card
  • Enhanced bank holiday pay rates*
  • Generous Refer a Friend scheme

Requirements:

  • Driving licence and own car essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion and empathy for individuals with care needs
