About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Supported Living Worker to join our team at Albion House. As a Bank Worker, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work at times that suit you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with daily living tasks to develop their independence and achieve their goals.
  • Support customers with personal care and medication needs, as outlined in their support plans.
  • Carry out risk assessments, support planning, and regular reviews.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.

Requirements

  • A Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate or willingness to work towards it.
  • Experience of caring for others, either in a professional or personal capacity.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, remaining calm under pressure and having a resilient approach.
  • Flexible and personal approach, listening to customers to understand their needs.
